Introduction

Elbow pipe fittings are angle connectors — most commonly 90° or 45° — that change the direction of fluid or gas flow within a piping system. Payment & Shipping

Payment Terms: We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment. For established long-term customers, flexible credit arrangements can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Lead Time: Standard production lead time is 7–15 business days after deposit confirmation. For urgent orders, expedited scheduling may be available — please contact our sales team to check availability.

Shipping & Logistics: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and by sea (LCL or FCL). Incoterms supported include EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, and CFR. The most cost-effective option is selected based on order weight and destination.

Packaging: All items are individually inspected, then packed in anti-rust film and foam-lined export cartons. Custom branding, inner packaging, and labeling are available on request. Packaging fully complies with international freight standards.

Quality Assurance: Every shipment is accompanied by an inspection report and, where applicable, material certificates (e.g., RoHS, REACH). We support third-party inspection arrangements (SGS, BV, etc.) if required.

FAQ

  • Q: What is the difference between a BSP and NPT threaded elbow?
  • A: BSP (British Standard Pipe) threads have a 55° thread angle and are parallel (BSPP) or tapered (BSPT). NPT (National Pipe Thread) uses a 60° angle and is always tapered. The two standards are not interchangeable; mixing them can result in cross-threading or leaks. Please specify your required standard when ordering.
  • Q: Can you make elbow fittings in non-standard angles?
  • A: Yes. We regularly produce 30°, 45°, 60°, and 120° elbows to customer drawings. Because these are fully CNC-machined, custom angles carry no extra tooling cost — just submit your 2D/3D drawing and we will quote accordingly.
  • Q: Are your stainless steel elbow fittings suitable for seawater or chemical exposure?
  • A: Our 316L stainless steel elbows offer good resistance to chlorides and mild acids, making them suitable for marine and light chemical environments. For aggressive acids or oxidizing environments, we recommend specifying Duplex or Super Duplex — contact us to discuss.
  • Q: What is your standard surface treatment for brass elbow fittings?
  • A: Nickel plating (electroless or electrolytic) is the standard finish, providing corrosion protection and a clean appearance. Chrome plating, plain machined, and satin finishes are also available.
