The solenoid valve core body serves as the core actuation element of electromagnetic suspension systems, combining the “brain” of rapid decision-making with the “muscle” of force output. Through a precisely wound coil and high-permeability magnetic materials, it generates a controllable magnetic field upon energization, instantly aligning magnetic particles within the magnetorheological fluid into chain-like structures. This dramatically increases the apparent viscosity, transitioning the fluid from a free-flowing liquid to a near‑solid state; when the field is removed, particles return to random dispersion and the fluid reverts to low viscosity. The entire phase transition completes within 1–3 milliseconds—an order of magnitude faster than traditional hydraulic valves—and the damping force is continuously adjustable with current, providing the physical foundation for real‑time intelligent suspension control.
