In the later stroke, the grooves progressively narrow to deliver higher gain gradients, meeting the elevated damping demands of aggressive driving. The spool’s axial motion is jointly driven by electromagnetic and hydraulic forces, with an end‑mounted return spring ensuring rapid reset upon power‑off, bringing the system to a preset safe damping state in the event of failure.
The product is compatible with electromagnetic continuous damping control valves, proportional pressure valves, and active suspension valve assemblies, covering passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off‑road platforms. We adhere to IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 frameworks, with full traceability from material lots to finished parts.
