DIN Rail Terminal Board Overview

A DIN Rail terminal board is a modular wiring assembly designed to snap directly onto standard DIN 35 mm (EN 60715) mounting rails inside control cabinets, distribution panels, and enclosures. The snap-on mounting eliminates panel drilling, allows boards to be repositioned or extended without tools, and ensures predictable, repeatable spacing between wiring groups.

Fenglan's DIN rail terminal boards are available in screw-clamp and spring-clamp variants, accepting wire sizes from 0.5 mm² to 95 mm² at current ratings up to 125 A. All products snap onto TS 35 rails and are compatible with standard end brackets, separators, and marking systems.

Payment & Shipping

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, PayPal (samples), and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required to confirm production, with the balance paid before shipment.

Standard lead time is 7–15 business days for regular orders; prototype samples ship within 3–5 days. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and air freight. FOB Changzhou and CIF terms are both available. All goods are packed in export-standard cartons with foam padding or wooden crates for heavy items. A commercial invoice, packing list, and COA are provided with every shipment. For large OEM orders, customized packaging and private-label options are available upon request.

  • Q: What DIN rail sizes are compatible with your terminal boards?
  • A: Our DIN rail terminal boards are designed for the standard 35 mm wide (TS 35) DIN rail per EN 60715. This is by far the most common size in industrial panels worldwide. We do not currently offer boards for the older 32 mm (G32) or 15 mm rails, but adapters are available for retrofit applications.
  • Q: Can I mix screw-clamp and spring-clamp blocks on the same DIN rail?
  • A: Yes. Both variants use the same housing width at each pitch size, so they interleave on the same rail. This allows you to use spring-clamp blocks for frequently-changed signal wires and screw-clamp blocks for permanent power connections on the same rail run.
  • Q: How do I stop terminal blocks from sliding along the rail?
  • A: Fit an end bracket (also called an end stop or rail clamp) at each end of the terminal group. End brackets snap onto the rail and tighten with a single screw, clamping the entire block group securely in position. Our end brackets are compatible with all blocks in our DIN rail terminal range.
  • Q: Are shorting links available to connect adjacent terminals?
  • A: Yes. We supply comb-type shorting links (bridge connectors) in 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10-pole lengths for all standard pitches. Simply insert the comb from the top to electrically join adjacent terminals — no tools required. Shorting links are rated to the same current as the terminal block itself.
